We request that all orders are placed via our CaterTrax platform or by phone 416- 461-5890 a minimum of 2 business days prior to your delivery date and time.
Specialty items may require additional notice, please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Every effort will be made to accommodate any orders placed after the guideline deadline but we cannot guarantee it can be accommodated.
We are currently working with a 10-person minimum on certain items.

We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. Your order will be delivered as close to the time requested, however, should we need to adjust this time due to unforeseen circumstances, a representative will call to let you know in a timely manner. Our drivers will deliver & drop your order to the specified room or floor. Should you require a full set up please advise so that the associated staff can be hired, or time may be allotted for the driver to setup your order. These services will be invoiced accordingly.
Catering orders are made exclusively for your occasion; therefore, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your delivery time (custom orders may require more lead time). When this is not possible, please let us know if we can deliver your order to another location. Cancellation fees may apply.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your order. The balance is payable 48 hrs prior to delivery. Any adjustments to your account will be made within 5 business days of your order. *Payment terms may be adjusted based on the scope of work performed.
We attempt to provide nutrition and ingredient information that is as complete as possible. Products may change without our knowledge and menu items are prepared near other ingredients that may result in cross-contact with ingredients not listed, including allergens.
